How It Works
FOR SMALL BUSINESSES & ENTREPRENEURS
Whether you're branding your business for the first time or rebranding an existing business, all design projects include the start-up logo package as a minimum – this covers your responsive logo suite, colour palette, typography recommendations and brand style guide.
It's then up to you whether you'd like to add any extras on such as a brand mascot, social media graphics, fun GIF's, custom icons or illustrations, print design etc.
The first stage of every project is Brand Discovery, this sets the foundations with an in-depth questionnaire where you are prompted to dive into your core values, your target audience, brand voice, style preferences and more. This allows us to develop the Creative Direction, and then move on to the Design stage where it all comes together.
Please fill out the enquiry form and if we're a good fit we'll reserve you a start date.
A signed contract and 50% payment is required to secure your booking, with the following 50% due 4 weeks after our start date.
You'll then receive your brand discovery questionnaire to fill in and return before we start.

Every project is custom so I'm very open to working with different styles and industries, however I do particularly love to work with people who would like to incorporate a little playfulness into their branding.
What's Included in Custom Brand Design?
A deep-dive questionnaire to help you focus in on the core values of your brand, your brand vision and your target audience. This lays the foundations for the whole branding process.
Choosing a colour palette is an important step in branding your business. You'll receive all the colour codes and recommended combinations to keep your branding cohesive.
You'll receive a brand guidelines PDF which outlines all of the best practices to follow when using your new branding in order to keep it looking great.
A responsive logo suite including 3 layouts to suit all the varying places it may be displayed. Your logo suite will include a full primary logo, a secondary logo and a submark logo.
A set of font recommendations for use in your marketing materials, on your website etc is always included as maintaining consistency in your branding is so important.
The number of final files you receive for you brand package can often run into the hundreds. I include a file guide to help explain where and why to use each file type.
The Start-Up Logo Package
The start-up logo package is included with every custom project. It's covers the foundations you'll need to hit the ground running with your new business or rebrand.
I work using the one-concept method which means we'll utilise everything we've uncovered in the brand discovery process to develop a strategically designed logo concept entirely tailored to your business and it's goals. The start-up package includes:
Brand discovery questionnaire
Logo suite (including 3 layout variations)
Brand guidelines document
2 rounds of revision
Files in PNG, SVG, PDF format
Recorded video walkthroughs for each presentation
Add-Ons + Custom Packages
If you'd like to expand on your branding beyond the start-up logo package I offer a number of add-ons that will allow you to not only hit the ground running, but go the distance and consistently show up with eye-catching design at every touchpoint.
Opt for additional supporting assets or services such as:
Social media graphics + templates
Custom icons + illustrations
Animated brand GIF's
Print material e.g. thank you cards, business cards
Additional rounds of revision

YOU'RE NOT ON A TIME CRUNCH
Creative work takes time for a number of reasons, the main one being breathing room for reflection. Working on a tight, short deadline doesn't allow the process to flow properly. Each branding project has at least 4 stages as explained above.
I allow at a minimum of 5 weeks for every project.
YOU ENJOY PLAYFUL ASPECTS OF DESIGN
Playful design doesn't have to mean bright colours and illustrations (although these are also great), but rather creating something that catches the eye for all the right reasons – whether through colour, layout, typography, or illustration.
We want your brand to stand out amongst your competitors after all.
YOU PREFER WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Throughout the project we communicate via email – I have a clear process which allows us to collaborate and feedback effectively to keep things on track. I also include recorded video presentations to walk you through each stage.
If you're someone who loves jumping on the phone regularly to chat things through we might not be the best fit.
